Technology can be incredibly useful, but it can also be frustrating. Whether you're trying to use a smartphone, tablet, laptop, online portal, or new app, it's not always easy to figure things out on your own. Tech Café is a welcoming space where Penn's Village members can receive free, one-on-one support with everyday technology questions. At each Tech Café, you'll be paired with a local student volunteer who can help you navigate your device, troubleshoot problems, learn new skills, and build confidence. Our volunteers are patient, enthusiastic, and excited to share what they know. No question is too small, and no level of experience is required.
