In this inaugural event, our attendees participated in creating a “progressive story.” The group were given the first few lines of a story, and one-by-one each attendee added a new line to those offered by the previous participants.

Periodically, we read back the story as composed so far, so that everyone can catch up. This is not a writing program but an improvisational verbal event.

So pour your favorite beverage, sit back, relax and enjoy being a writer. Who knows - Alfred A. Knopf may be watching!
