This program was created for the curious culinary explorer who loves delicious, unusual recipes and is also interested in small group culinary/cultural tours and special events. Aliza Green is a Penn’s Village member and a Philadelphia-based pioneering chef and author of 15 cookbooks. Participants enjoyed a cooking demonstration of Mediterranean specialties, sampled some of the recipes she’s learned in her travels, and learned more about her upcoming trips.
